The pool is open from mid May to the end of September.
10 day slots may be available in May, June, September and October. Please enquire .
The house is cleaned before every bookinig and is included in the price.
Rates also include electricity, gas, water, logs, WiFi and linen.
In the winter gas for central heating is extra although we do have 2 very effective stoves.
Arrival and Departure
Bookings usually run Saturday to Saturday but please enquire. Arrival time is usually between 2.30 pm -6.30pm
Departure time is 9.30am.
Our local house manager will meet you on arrival and show you the house and the pool.
Deposit and Cancellation
£300 deposit to secure the booking (refundable up to 2 months before arrival date)
Full payment due 6 weeks before arrival.
We use your deposit against any damages, which is refunded with 1 week of your return.
Smoking
No smoking in and around the house.
Pets
Please enquire.
Guests
Maximum 7 people staying in the house.
No parties.
